Call out charges apply, depending on location. This includes Hampstead, Highgate, Swiss Cottage, St John's Wood, Belsize Park, Maida Vale, Bayswater and Holland Park.
Bookings:
Provision of credit or debit card details are required to secure an appointment.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Same day cancellation penalty is the full cost of the pre-booked session.
Payments:
All credit or debit cards are accepted.
We accept payments from major health insurance providers for Osteopathic Treatment, where membership and claim details are provided at the time of treatment.
Check with your insurance provider that Osteopathy is covered by your policy.
Some health insurance providers require a referral form to be completed by your GP or consultant.
Please contact your insurer and meet their requirements before attending your appointment or direct payment will be requested.
